RoadGuard, founded in 2024, unites industry-leading roadway safety companies providing guardrail, bridge railing, highway signage, fencing, and specialty fabrication services.</p> <p>Across all our businesses, we are driven by innovation, extreme ownership, technical excellence, and a relentless commitment to measurable results that improve safety and infrastructure resilience.&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>The Punch Truck Operator is at the core of every installation of guardrail along American's roadways.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>They set the pace of the crew, ensure each installation is safe and meets standards, and operates a piece of equipment like few others in the world.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Primary responsibility is running a drop hammer or vibratory post pounder, for the installation of guardrail.</li> <li>Responsible for driving the Punch Truck to/from work sites</li> <li>Responsible for supporting the layout, set-up of guardrail installation and working closely with the foreman and crew to ensure efficient work progress</li> <li>Loading and unloading materials in support of the daily work</li> <li>On occasion engaging in the use of power tools and manual digging when conditions are not conducive to use of the Punch Truck.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>CDL Class A or the ability to obtain certification within the first 2 months of employment&nbsp;</li> <li>2-5 Years of Heavy Equipment operation&nbsp;</li> <li>2 years of commercial driving experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic equipment&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Mechanic experience on hydraulic/pneumatic equipment&nbsp;</li> <li>Prior experience with Guardrail Installation&nbsp;</li> <li>Heavy Highway construction experience.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>$31 - $36/hour depending on qualifications and experience.&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US pay range for this role. </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$20</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$22 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Soil Nail Holdings and its subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers.
