measures.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Participate in performance improvement initiatives and help implement process changes that strengthen care delivery.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Serve as a client advocate and trusted resource for clients, families, referral expectations, and applicable regulations.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Qualifications for a Clinical Manager</h2> <ul class="wnfdntf"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">At least two years of nursing experience.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Demonstrated leadership, supervision, mentoring, or team-development experience.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Strong clinical assessment, care coordination, documentation, and
