We seek a Research Associate I to join our dedicated group of scientists. A desirable candidate will have the skills to culture mammalian and/or bacterial cells, perform DNA mini-preps, and complete bacterial transformations or cell transfections.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Perform assigned tasks in the lab, including cell culture, DNA-handling, flow cytometry in a 384-well format, and the associated data analysis</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Use liquid-handling robots to perform antibody stains, washes, and dilutions </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Troubleshoot experimental and equipment issues</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Follow SOPs to complete experiments and assays, including good record keeping</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Assist in the preparation of customer-facing reports and deliverables</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in biology, bioengineering, or a related field</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">1–2 years of laboratory experience (internships and student jobs are applicable)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">A strong working knowledge of MS Excel</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to work in a team-based environment with a collaborative and proactive attitude</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
