<p><strong>Are you a hands-on, mechanically inclined professional with experience in the construction industry or welding?</strong> Do you have a passion for working with doors, door hardware, and systems integration? <strong>DH Pace Company, Inc.</strong>, in <strong>Omaha, NE </strong>is urgently seeking a <strong>Commercial Technician Lead</strong> to help install, service, and maintain a wide variety of commercial doors and related hardware.</p>
<p>If you’ve worked in the commercial construction industry or have experience with systems like access control, glass, glazing, framing, or anything similar, <strong>we want to hear from you!</strong></p>
<p><strong>We are also open to training and unexperienced candidates as well! </strong></p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Install and/or repair a variety of commercial doors and hardware, including roll-up doors (dock doors), dock equipment, high-speed rolling doors, commercial entry doors, and automatic pedestrian doors. </li>
<li>Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services</li>
<li>Track and maintain job-related paperwork, submitting it accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Always adhere to safety protocols and operate in a safe and responsible manner.</li>
<li>Other duties may be assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED (Preferred)</li>
<li>Prior experience in a similar role (commercial doors, welding, access control, systems integration, glass, glazing, framing, etc.) is preferred.</li>
<li>Able to lift up to <strong>100 pounds</strong> safely and work at heights, including using ladders.</li>
<li>A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.</li>
