You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of our mobile infrastructure while leading a team of engineers and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Own the mobile infrastructure domain end-to-end (architecture, tooling, reliability), and drive technical standards and best practices across React Native and native (iOS/Android)</li> <li>Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering high engineering standards, ownership, and a collaborative culture</li> <li>Design and build scalable mobile infrastructure to support development and deployment</li> <li>Lead implementations across key areas such as state management (MobX), geolocation, WebView, encryption, backend communication, and performance optimization</li> <li>Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines, driving automation of build, testing, and deployment processes to ensure fast and stable releases</li> <li>Partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to align priorities and execution, and act as the main point of contact for mobile infrastructure across R&amp;D</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><strong>Experience &amp; Skills</strong></h1> <ul> <li>6+ years of mobile development experience (Swift and/or Kotlin)</li> <li>2+ years of team leadership experience</li> <li>Hands-on experience with React Native</li> <li>Strong background in mobile architecture and infrastructure</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD and release management</li> <li>Proven ability to lead technical projects and drive architectural decisions</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Fastlane &amp; Jenkins</li> <li>Familiarity with backend APIs (e.g., Python REST)</li> <li>Experience with Agile and DevOps practices</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1"> • • </span><strong>#LI-Hybrid</strong></p> <p><br><br><br></p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><span style="font-weight: 400;">Joining Connecteam Is The Smart Move:</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>We build our people up.</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Every team member is treated as a long-term investment and we recognize the value in always nurturing and training them so they can go above and beyond in their skills and job duties.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>We make an impact on our customer’s business. </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are on a mission to provide managers of all business types and sizes with the tools they need to communicate, operate, engage, and run their deskless workforce.
