in the global employment space as a <strong>Senior Workday Implementation Specialist</strong>, joining our <strong>Global Payroll Implementation</strong> team.</p> <p>In your role, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating multiple new customers onto our <strong>Remote Global Payroll</strong> platform where <strong>Workday</strong> serves as the <strong>core HCM system</strong>, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless delivery within agreed timescales.</p> <p>You will be reporting to the <strong>Manager, Global Payroll Workday Implementations</strong>.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Proven experience implementing or integrating <strong>Workday HCM</strong>, ideally within a <strong>global payroll</strong> or <strong>HRIS</strong> context.</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>Workday modules</strong> including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Integrations.</li> <li>Experience delivering <strong>end-to-end payroll implementations</strong> leveraging Workday as the source of truth for HR and employee data.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to <strong>map and validate data</strong> between Workday and external payroll systems, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.</li> <li>Excellent and proficient understanding of <strong>global payroll operations</strong>, <strong>statutory compliance</strong>, and <strong>multi-country payroll setup</strong>.</li> <li>Strong <strong>customer onboarding and project management</strong> experience for complex, multi-entity implementations.</li> <li>Advanced <strong>data management and analysis skills</strong> (Google Sheets or Excel).</li> <li>An analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a <strong>fast-paced, international environment</strong> with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.</li> <li>Strong communication and Salesforce</strong> is a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of other payroll platforms is a plus.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Lead end-to-end Workday payroll integrations</strong> for large and complex customers, ensuring successful setup, data migration, and go-live.</li> <li>Serve as the <strong>primary technical and functional point of contact</strong> for customers implementing Remote’s Global Payroll integrated with Workday.</li> <li><strong>Analyse customers’ Workday environments</strong> to understand data structures, configurations, and dependencies for integration into Remote’s systems.</li> <li>Manage the <strong>data extraction, transformation, and validation</strong> processes between Workday and Remote’s Global Payroll platform.</li> <li>Partner closely with customers’ HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams to align <strong>HCM-to-Payroll data flows</strong>, ensuring accurate configuration and compliance.</li> <li>Configure Remote’s Payroll system on a customer-by-customer basis, ensuring adherence to local regulations and tax requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate and validate <strong>parallel payroll runs</strong>, reconciliations, and year-to-date adjustments to confirm setup accuracy.</li> <li>Oversee <strong>payroll go-live readiness</strong>, ensuring all integrations, validations, and compliance checks are complete.</li> <li>Transition customers to Payroll Operations teams with complete and accurate configuration documentation.</li> <li>Provide <strong>training and guidance</strong> to customers on Workday integration processes, data mapping, and payroll best practices.</li> <li>Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, adoption, and retention.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, scalability, and process optimisation.</li> <li>Maintain the <strong>confidentiality</strong> and integrity of customer and employee data at all times.</li> <li>Participate in <strong>quality assurance reviews</strong> of peer implementations to ensure consistency and compliance with Remote’s standards.</li> <li>Support the
