We have placed over 800 hires across 50 different US-based startups and high-growth companies.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>About the Client:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join <a href="https://bungalow.com/">Bungalow</a>, a leading <strong>real estate</strong> investment, management, and rental platform revolutionizing the housing market. Their mission is to provide beautiful, flexible, and affordable housing options, ensuring everyone feels at home in their community. They’re committed to delivering a seamless rental experience, offering unique homes and rooms for rent in prime locations across all price ranges.</p> <p>As the largest and fastest-growing rental company in the United States, we're on the lookout for a superstar and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative to join their team. If you're passionate about making a difference, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven by innovation, Bungalow is the perfect place for you.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contact and qualify cold and warm leads with phone calls</li> <li>Create and strategically prioritize target account lists</li> <li>Conduct high-level conversations with contacts at target accounts</li> <li>Conduct lead follow-up activity based on marketing events and website inquiries</li> <li>Act as the subject matter expert on a wide range of services, providing prospects with peace of mind that we are unlike any company in the industry</li> <li>Successfully utilize multiple sales enablement tools simultaneously</li> <li>Track all activity in a CRM</li> <li>Work closely with internal teams to develop lead gen programs</li> <li>Report to KPIs to leadership including calls, conversations, meetings booked, etc.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal attributes</strong></p> <ul> <li>A flair for sales process with documented success</li> <li>Upbeat, enthusiastic, confident personality and attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence</li> <li>Professional, competitive, determined, and results-oriented</li> <li>Flexible, open-minded, and able to deliver success despite ambiguity</li> <li>Dedicated to tracking and improving performance and efficiency daily</li> <li>Desire to learn a consultative approach to selling our products and services</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job specific requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>2-3 years prior sales experience in the real estate domain.</strong></li> <li>Prior experience with CRM software (Close.com)</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree a plus</li> <li>Excellent internet for video calls and a working computer</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Ability to work in the US time zones</strong></li> <li>Excellent English, including an understanding of a wide array of idioms (assessed via written, phone, and video tests)</li> <li>Be able to provide and schedule calls with a minimum of 3 references (corporate phone lines only)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation of ₱40,000 to ₱50,000 per month depending on the level of experience.</li> <li>Learning opportunities</li> <li>Working in a great culture dedicated to building a business together</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Details&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (US)</li> <li>Only for candidates based in the Philippines</li> </ul>
