Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our Receiving team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient and timely movement of materials supporting our production lines. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.</li> <li>Unload inbound trucks and transport raw materials and components to designated storage areas.</li> <li>Stage and deliver materials to production areas based on scheduling needs.</li> <li>Maintain accurate inventory records and properly document all material movement.</li> <li>Perform daily forklift inspections and promptly report any safety or maintenance issues.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</li> <li>Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily objectives.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Valid forklift certification and proven experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.</li> <li>Knowledge of forklift safety, material-handling procedures, and inventory accuracy.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li> <li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li> <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
