We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p><strong>Activities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Validate electrical features</li> <li>Create/update Functional Objectives</li> <li>Create and maintain test plan</li> <li>Validate electrical architecture and signals</li> <li>Both virtually and (primarily) physically</li> <li>Manage issues</li> <li>Root cause analysis</li> <li>Communicate with and report to program</li> </ul> <p><strong>Tools &amp; Software</strong></p> <ul> <li>CANalyzer</li> <li>CDA</li> <li>Office 365</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.</li> <li>5+ years of experience from automotive industry</li> <li>Experience in vehicle testing and validation.</li> <li>Experience with vehicle electrical architecture and CAN communication.</li> <li>Experience in testing and validation of automotive features.</li> <li>Experience working hands-on with vehicles</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.</li> <li>Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to work under limited direction.</li> <li>High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working on production vehicle programs through SOP.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with hardware or vehicle prototyping.</li> <li>Familiarity with Client processes, tools, or vehicle platforms.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Non-technical</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong automotive interest</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>ALTEN Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
