As a global leader in technology and management consulting, we thrive on helping clients tackle the toughest challenges across banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.</p> <p><strong>Role purpose</strong></p> <p>The Kondor+<strong> Front Office Functional Consultant</strong> will support the functional analysis, configuration, upgrade and validation of the client's <strong>Kondor+ / Fusion Kondor / Kondor by Teciem</strong> platform, with primary responsibility for Front Office trading, pricing, position management and associated treasury workflows.</p> <p>The consultant will act as the bridge between Treasury/Trading users and the Kondor+ technical team, ensuring that existing business processes, configurations and customizations continue to operate correctly following the upgrade.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform functional impact assessment of the Kondor+ upgrade across Front Office functionality.</li> <li>Analyse existing Kondor+ configuration, workflows, deal capture, pricing and position-management functionality.</li> <li>Review release changes and identify potential impacts on existing Kondor+ functionality and customizations.</li> <li>Configure and validate Kondor+ Front Office functionality in upgraded environments.</li> <li>Support treasury products including, depending on client scope, <strong>FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Repos, Interest Rate Derivatives, FX Derivatives and other OTC products</strong>.</li> <li>Validate trade capture, pricing, valuation, cashflows, P&amp;L, sensitivities and position calculations within Kondor+.</li> <li>Review Kondor+ static/reference data relevant to Front Office processes.</li> <li>Analyse Front Office interfaces including market data, electronic trading and downstream trade feeds.</li> <li>Define functional test scenarios and expected results for Kondor+ regression testing.</li> <li>Support SIT, UAT, dress rehearsals and production cutover.</li> <li>Investigate differences between current and upgraded Kondor+ environments.</li> <li>Support business users during UAT and post-production hypercare.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required experience</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strong hands-on experience with Kondor+ / Fusion Kondor</strong>, preferably including at least one implementation or version upgrade.</li> <li>Detailed knowledge of Kondor+ Front Office functionality.</li> <li>Strong understanding of treasury/capital-markets products and trade lifecycle.</li> <li>Experience configuring or analysing Kondor+ trade capture, pricing, positions, P&amp;L and risk calculations.</li> <li>Experience with Kondor+ static data and product configuration.</li> <li>Ability to investigate Kondor+ functional behaviour and distinguish configuration, data and technical defects.</li> <li>Experience producing functional specifications and test scenarios specifically for Kondor+.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Highly desirable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous <strong>Kondor+ upgrade / migration</strong> experience.</li> <li>Experience comparing functionality across different Kondor+ releases.</li> <li>Knowledge of Kondor Vision or newer Kondor user-interface capabilities.</li> <li>Experience with Kondor APIs/interfaces.</li> <li>Experience with automated Kondor regression testing.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);">#LI-REMOTE</span></p>
