As a Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse, you'll deliver expert nursing care and emotional support to patients and families during overnight hours, responding to urgent needs while helping ensure comfort, dignity, and peace at end of life. With a consistent schedule and the ability to begin and end each shift from home, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining balance and flexibility in your personal life. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in autonomous practice and is confident making critical clinical decisions in real time. Working a 7-on / 7-off night rotation (5pm–8am), you'll provide symptom management, skilled nursing interventions, and compassionate support during some of the most important moments in a patient’s care journey. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, hospice leadership, and the interdisciplinary team while serving as a calm, knowledgeable presence for patients and families throughout the night. Your clinical expertise, independence, and commitment to hospice excellence will directly support exceptional end-of-life care and meaningful patient experiences.
