Senior Manager - Fund Accounting at Standish Management

<div class="content-intro"><div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div></div><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p>The Senior Manager at Standish is responsible for managing and leading their client engagements. The Senior Manager is responsible for supervising the Manager, Fund Controller, Associate and Investor Relations Associate in matters of fund accounting, capital account maintenance and financial statement preparation. The Senior Manager is the main point of contact with the client and service providers for clients.</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare/review quarterly and annual financial statements and limited partner reports for clients, including but not limited to the review of all journal entries, capital account allocations, supporting schedules, calculations of management fees and carried interest.</li> <li>Analyze and review data for Capital Calls, Distributions and Allocations to investors.</li> <li>Supervise the audit and tax preparation process working in conjunction with clients, engagement teams, valuation firms and outside public accounting firms.</li> <li>Main point of contact with client to keep abreast of ongoing client activities. This includes assisting clients in planning for capital calls, distributions, filing form ADVs and audits.
