Our platform processes billions of events daily, and product design plays a crucial role in turning that complexity into clarity.</p> <p>We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of our B2B platform. In this role, you’ll join the Creative unit, working as part of a cross-functional squad alongside product managers, engineers, Data Scientists and analysts.</p> <p>At Creative, we develop a platform equipped with cutting-edge AI-powered tools to tackle any creative production and optimization challenge. This empowers advertisers to maximize the performance of their marketing campaigns and achieve their business objectives.</p> <p>You’ll take full ownership of the design process - from uncovering user needs and surfacing hidden opportunities to ideating, prototyping, and designing intuitive, visually polished solutions. You’ll also play a key role in building feedback loops that help the product evolve and deliver meaningful impact.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end product design: research, ideation, flows, wireframes, visual design</li> <li>Design intuitive, user-centered solutions in a data-rich B2B environment.</li> <li>Translate complex workflows into accessible product experiences</li> <li>Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and fellow designers</li> <li>Facilitate design reviews, usability tests, and continuous iteration</li> <li>Contribute to the Design System and design culture at large scale</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you have</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">3-5 </span>years of experience designing digital products end-to-end</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Background in B2B or complex systems</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and refined UI execution</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant program (Visual Communications, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, HCI)</li> <li>Experience designing data tools, analytics platforms, or marketing technologies</li> <li>Recommended by an AppsFlyer employee&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>As a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live.
