This growth has created an opportunity for a Director, Business Development to join the team and support a variety of new business opportunities. The ideal candidate may not have worked on a formal business development team before, but does work at an agency or consulting firm, knows there’s people who pitch the business the firm works on, and believes being one of those people could be the next chapter in their career.
