The goal of this position is to keep alive the creative excellence of the agency by bringing their unique style and visual voice to each design challenge. They will be working efficiently across large visual identity systems to ensure that there is consistency across all design touch-points and the work is true to the briefing objectives.</p> <p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pursuing an exceptional level of craft with the highest design standards and attention to detail.</li> <li>Creating work that helps to tell a project’s story and be an advocate for exceptional design.</li> <li>Developing visual identity systems, turning abstract concepts into stunning realities.</li> <li>Working on design projects that solve problems across a variety of industries and markets.</li> <li>Supporting the strategic team in reviews and contributing with feedback on the work.</li> <li>Collaborating with designers from different backgrounds and expertise to enrich your proposals.</li> <li>Confidently presenting your work in front of clients, articulating design decisions with clarity.</li> <li>Managing your time and priorities; providing accurate time estimates for work.</li> <li>Inspiring with innovative ideas, resources, and references to push our creative boundaries.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in a creative agency or design studio.</li> <li>Good understanding of building brand design ecosystems.</li> <li>Always a step ahead of the latest trends.
