We’re one of the largest engineering and system integration firms in the United States providing value for our clients through IT automation and control solutions for more than 30 years to the Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Metals & Mining, Warehousing & Distribution, and CPG/Food & Beverage industries. Our national and global scale allows us to help our clients develop and implement standardized solutions at any of their facilities regardless of physical location or the local resources available at that site.     We are seeking a Lead Controls Engineer who will be part of the Mission Critical data center team to support the design, development, deployment, installation, and commissioning of industrial automation solutions.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams, integrating industrial systems, and ensuring high-performance, scalable, and secure automation applications.   You Will:  <ul> <li>Serve as a team member supporting the execution of project work from design through implementation.</li> <li>Perform quality checks and bench testing of PLC, HMI, & SCADA programs.</li> <li>Provide onsite and remote support commissioning system design changes.</li> <li>Adapt to a flexible work schedule & travel to accommodate projects across the United States.</li> <li>Be an ambassador who embodies our <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNgpHEJiRb0">Core Values</a>, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.</li> </ul> You May:  <ul> <li>Develop/modify design documentation – drawing packages, method of procedures, sequence of operations, testing scripts.</li> <li>Create tools, methods and approaches to increase engineering efficiency.</li> <li>Develop and Lead training classes internally and externally.</li> <li>Assist Business development team to evaluate and promote opportunities with predesigns, estimates, and in person presentations.</li> </ul>   You Have:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.</li> <li>7+ years of experience in the control system industry.</li> <li>Able to work independently on projects and tasks with a very organized and methodical approach</li> <li>Basic understanding of control system network topologies</li> <li>Experience commissioning in “live” environments. </li> <li>A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.</li> </ul>   You May Have:  <ul> <li>Experience with PLC or DDC controlled data center projects</li> <li>Experience with AVEVA Wonderware, FactoryTalk View SE, OPC UA/DA, Rockwell or Schneider PLC’s, Tridium Niagara, Eclypse Designer.</li> <li>Experience with Building Management & HVAC Control Systems</li> <li>Experience with BMS and EPMS</li> <li>Instrumentation calibration / startup experience.</li> </ul> Salary: $140K- $160K Benefits & Perks:  <ul> <li>401k + match + prompt enrollment.  E Tech Group employees are 100% vested upon entry. </li> <li>Prompt enrollment into Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. </li> <li>Generous paid time off that includes paid vacation, paid holidays, paid family leave and sick time off. </li> <li>Learning and growth are key parts of the E Tech culture.
