Together, we are excited and humbled by the opportunity to expand the market for custom rugs and allow more people to live in elevated design settings.&nbsp; Put simply, we believe more soft surfaces mean happier homes.</span></p> <p><strong>About The Role:</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Production Associate, you will safely work alongside others in the Ernesta Fabrication and Sample facility.&nbsp; You will bring a curious mindset, eager to learn as you move between cut table operations, serging machines and distribution of samples to customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Serge (sew) samples that will be distributed to customers utilizing a serging machine</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Operate a cut table machine and other cutting equipment to make samples from rolls of carpet</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Heat seal labels that correctly identify each sample</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Review each work order paying very close attention to details for each order to select the right samples to be sent to customers</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Process sample returns</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help to manage sample inventory</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Other tasks as assigned</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Qualifications Include:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Industry-related experience (fabric, carpet, manufacturing, etc.) is desirable</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience driving a forklift/pole truck is desirable</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to be an effective team member</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to communicate effectively</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to stand for extended periods of time</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ernesta is committed to inclusion.
