<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Regional Resident Services Supervisor team member, you will provide hands-on maintenance and operational support across multiple communities. This includes completing work orders, assisting with apartment turns, supporting special projects, and filling in for onsite team members during vacancies or absences.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Regional Resident Services Supervisor Support | Education, Experience, and License Qualifications</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Education:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">High School or GED equivalent</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Experience:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong knowledge of apartment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience completing work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience supporting multiple communities or working in a regional or floating role preferred</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Maintenance & Property Support</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Complete work orders, assist with apartment turns, and support daily maintenance operations across assigned communities.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide coverage at properties experiencing staffing gaps, increased workload, or team member absences.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure all work is completed to Hawthorne quality standards and within expected timelines.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Operational & Technical Support</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support to onsite maintenance teams.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist with property inspections, identifying safety concerns, code compliance issues, and maintenance needs.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support preventative maintenance efforts to protect the physical asset and maintain community standards.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Projects & Portfolio Support</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist with special projects, capital improvements, and community initiatives as assigned by the Regional Service Director.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support budgeting efforts by identifying maintenance needs and contributing to planning discussions.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Communicate regularly with Regional Managers and Regional Service Directors regarding property conditions, progress, and support needs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Participate in on-call rotation as needed across the portfolio.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Travel regularly between communities to provide support.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain a professional appearance and represent Hawthorne standards at all locations.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Follow all safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA and company policies.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
