<h2 data-start="756" data-end="781"><strong data-start="759" data-end="779">Position Summary</strong></h2>
<p>We are seeking an experienced Industrial Foreman with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems and field leadership. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating project activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.</p>
<h2 data-start="1110" data-end="1137"><strong data-start="1113" data-end="1137">Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead, supervise, and mentor field crews on industrial job sites</li>
<li data-start="1196" data-end="1258">Ensure all work meets safety standards and OSHA requirements</li>
<li data-start="1261" data-end="1332">Review drawings, plan upcoming work, and coordinate with other trades</li>
<li data-start="1335" data-end="1394">Attend GC coordination meetings on behalf of LLR Electric</li>
<li data-start="1397" data-end="1474">Create short-term plans (weekly/3-week look ahead) to keep the job on track</li>
<li data-start="1477" data-end="1530">Order materials and manage manpower/equipment needs</li>
<li data-start="1533" data-end="1606">Track job progress and communicate updates to the PM and Superintendent</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues in the field</li>
<li data-start="1609" data-end="1666">Perform daily quality checks and address issues quickly</li>
<li data-start="1669" data-end="1745">Complete basic project documentation (daily logs, timekeeping, safety forms)</li>
</ul>
<h2 data-start="1747" data-end="1768"><strong data-start="1750" data-end="1768">What You Bring</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial electrical work, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), motor controls, and automation systems</li>
<li>Experience with flow transmitters and industrial instrumentation</li>
<li>Proficiency in installing and working with various types of conduit systems (EMT, rigid, PVC, etc.)</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications</li>
<li>OSHA 10 (required)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, and commercial/industrial installations</li>
<li data-start="1999" data-end="2049">Ability to read blueprints, one-lines, and specs</li>
<li data-start="2052" data-end="2096">Strong communication and leadership skills</li>
<li data-start="2099" data-end="2157">Ability to stay organized, plan ahead, and mentor others</li>
</ul>
