They're the link between engineering and operations manufacturing groups as we prepare our robotic weld cells for deployment. You will report to our Senior Manager of Deployment Engineering and will join a team of dedicated, supportive, and enthusiastic people to help create the future of manufacturing.&nbsp;</span></p> <h2><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">What You’ll Do</span></h2> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Configure and calibrate cell components to confirm our robotic welding cells are fully operational at Path’s manufacturing facility and the customer site</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Identify software issues and implement fixes</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Document system errors and submit Jira tickets for issues that require engineering team support</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Work with the engineering team to continually improve speed and stability of the software releases</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Update documentation of cell operation and bring-up task processes as needed</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Train Operating Technicians on new operation processes as needed</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Who You Are</span></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent</li> <li>Experience in C++, Python, Bash, ROS, and Git version control</li> <li>Familiarity and experience with implementing and troubleshooting robotics and control systems</li> <li>Experience with the Linux environment and the command line interface&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>A track record of strong documentation skills and a passion to leave things better than you found them</li> <li>Able to travel up to 30-50% during peak installation periods at customer sites throughout North America (ability to acquire a passport is required)</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Why You’ll Love Working Here</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Daily free lunch to keep you fueled and connected with the team</li> <li>Flexible PTO so you can take the time you need, when you need it</li> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage</li> <li>6 weeks fully paid parental leave, plus an additional 6–8 weeks for birthing parents (12–14 weeks total)</li> <li>401(k) retirement plan through Empower</li> <li>Generous employee referral bonuses—help us grow our team!</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Who We Are</strong></span></p> <p>At Path Robotics we love coming to work to solve interesting and tough challenges but also because our ideas are welcomed and valued.
