Our team believes in every client’s ability to achieve recovery and rebuild meaningful, engaged lives in their communities.</div></div><h3><strong>Offering Hiring Bonus: $5,000<br></strong><strong>Position: Clinical Therapist&nbsp;</strong></h3> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> Assisting individuals recovering from addiction or mental health challenges by providing specialized clinical services. This position reports to a Clinical Supervisor.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Duties&nbsp;and&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provides clinical services such as individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention&nbsp;services&nbsp;to&nbsp;Lighthouse&nbsp;clients&nbsp;within&nbsp;the&nbsp;scope&nbsp;of&nbsp;practice&nbsp;and&nbsp;as&nbsp;privileged&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;supervisor.&nbsp;</li> <li>Completes&nbsp;the&nbsp;crisis&nbsp;and&nbsp;safety&nbsp;plan,&nbsp;treatment&nbsp;plan,&nbsp;service&nbsp;notes,&nbsp;transition&nbsp;and&nbsp;discharge&nbsp;plan,&nbsp;forms, and miscellaneous job-related reports about a person served in the&nbsp;time frame&nbsp;required by the center, accreditation and certification bodies, respective professional licensing boards, and funding sources.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintains&nbsp;an&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;and&nbsp;complete&nbsp;clinical&nbsp;record&nbsp;for&nbsp;each&nbsp;client&nbsp;served&nbsp;under&nbsp;Quality&nbsp;Improvement and billing standards.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assists&nbsp;in&nbsp;program&nbsp;development&nbsp;and&nbsp;planning&nbsp;as&nbsp;assigned.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responds&nbsp;to&nbsp;requests&nbsp;for&nbsp;clinical&nbsp;information&nbsp;on&nbsp;clients&nbsp;served&nbsp;as&nbsp;allowed&nbsp;by&nbsp;law&nbsp;and&nbsp;applicable&nbsp;rules and regulations. Verbal and written communications of Protected Health Information (PHI) must&nbsp;comply with&nbsp;42 CFR Part 2, mental health laws, and HIPAA. The Counselor shares&nbsp;only information within the scope of practice and professional licensing standards.&nbsp;</li> <li>Keeps&nbsp;abreast&nbsp;of&nbsp;community&nbsp;resources,&nbsp;educates&nbsp;clients&nbsp;about&nbsp;those&nbsp;resources,&nbsp;and&nbsp;makes&nbsp;appropriate referrals&nbsp;as needed to meet client needs. Activates Case Management or CPST Services as medically necessary to help remove barriers to recovery (e.g., problems with finance/poverty, living arrangements/housing, occupation, skill-building/education, and support system).&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborates&nbsp;and&nbsp;coordinates&nbsp;with&nbsp;other&nbsp;service&nbsp;providers&nbsp;involved&nbsp;in&nbsp;client&nbsp;care&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;community&nbsp;to promote integrated and holistic care.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responds&nbsp;to&nbsp;community&nbsp;professionals&nbsp;in a timely manner, after&nbsp;contacting&nbsp;Lighthouse&nbsp;staff.&nbsp;</li> <li>Promotes&nbsp;progressive&nbsp;pro-social&nbsp;interventions&nbsp;(e.g.,&nbsp;client&nbsp;connectedness&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;community,&nbsp;involvement in&nbsp;a&nbsp;safe&nbsp;and&nbsp;supportive&nbsp;environment,&nbsp;participation&nbsp;in&nbsp;activities&nbsp;where&nbsp;the&nbsp;client&nbsp;finds&nbsp;social&nbsp;acceptance), and positive reinforcement strategies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Person-centered,&nbsp;strength-based,&nbsp;and&nbsp;culturally&nbsp;sensitive&nbsp;approach&nbsp;when&nbsp;promoting&nbsp;client&nbsp;engagement&nbsp;in the community.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s&nbsp;Degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;Social&nbsp;Work&nbsp;or&nbsp;related&nbsp;field&nbsp;or&nbsp;equivalent&nbsp;experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Active&nbsp;license&nbsp;(LCDC II/LCDC III/ LSW/LPC/LICDC/LISW/LPCC)&nbsp;</li> <li>Must&nbsp;pass&nbsp;BCI&nbsp;check,&nbsp;all&nbsp;Corporate&nbsp;Compliance&nbsp;checks,&nbsp;and&nbsp;employment&nbsp;drug&nbsp;screen.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm</p> <p><strong>Compensation Ranges:</strong></p> <p>$50,000 – $57,500 LCDCII &amp; LCDCIII<br>$60,000 – $67,500 Bachelors LSW<br>$65,000 – $72,500 LPC, Masters LSW, LICDC, &amp; LICDC-CS<br>$70,000 – $80,000 LISW &amp; LPCC<br>$75,000 – $83,500 LPCC-S &amp; LISW-S</p> <p>**Compensation is dependent on licensure and years of experience</p> <p><strong>Location</strong>: Marysville, OH</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div>Our benefits package includes paid time off (PTO and sick time), paid holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, paid continuing education with supervision, parental leave, and eligibility for loan forgiveness programs.</div> <p>LBHS is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability status, genetics, gender identity and/or expression, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.</p> <p>LBHS adheres to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act as amended, Ohio Civil Rights Act, and all applicable rules and regulations.
