<li>A&nbsp;minimum&nbsp;of&nbsp;a&nbsp;bachelor’s&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;Accounting,&nbsp;Finance,&nbsp;or&nbsp;Business.</li> <li>5+&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;full-cycle&nbsp;accounting&nbsp;experience&nbsp;(e.g&nbsp;accounts&nbsp;payable,&nbsp;accounts&nbsp;receivable,&nbsp;closing&nbsp;books&nbsp;monthly&nbsp;and&nbsp;preparing&nbsp;financial&nbsp;reporting&nbsp;and&nbsp;analysis).</li> <li><strong>Strong&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;federal&nbsp;government&nbsp;contracting,&nbsp;particularly&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;Federal&nbsp;Acquisition&nbsp;Regulation&nbsp;(FAR),&nbsp;Cost&nbsp;Accounting&nbsp;Standards&nbsp;(CAS),&nbsp;and&nbsp;Defense&nbsp;Contract&nbsp;Audit&nbsp;Agency&nbsp;(DCAA)&nbsp;compliance.</strong></li> <li><strong>Ensure&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;with&nbsp;FAR,&nbsp;DFARS,&nbsp;CAS,&nbsp;and&nbsp;other&nbsp;federal&nbsp;regulations</strong></li> <li><strong>Proficiency&nbsp;in&nbsp;accounting&nbsp;software&nbsp;(e.g.,&nbsp;Deltek&nbsp;Costpoint,&nbsp;Unanet,&nbsp;QuickBooks&nbsp;Government&nbsp;Edition).</strong></li> <li><strong>Experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;review&nbsp;and&nbsp;set&nbsp;up&nbsp;for&nbsp;new&nbsp;government&nbsp;contracts&nbsp;in&nbsp;accounting&nbsp;system.</strong></li> <li><strong>Strong&nbsp;working&nbsp;experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;Indirect,&nbsp;direct,&nbsp;unallowable&nbsp;costs&nbsp;and&nbsp;wrap&nbsp;rates&nbsp;for&nbsp;government&nbsp;contracts.</strong></li> <li><strong>Payroll&nbsp;experience&nbsp;working&nbsp;with&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;government&nbsp;contracts,&nbsp;WIP&nbsp;Reports,&nbsp;Incurred&nbsp;Cost&nbsp;Submissions&nbsp;experience&nbsp;strongly&nbsp;preferred.</strong></li>
