Associate, Finance at Chime

<h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We are hiring for a Finance Associate to support our Finance Business Partnerships team at Chime. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring budgeting and forecasting accuracy while driving forward high-impact strategic and financial initiatives. You’ll partner closely with business leaders and finance team members to provide insights, influence decision-making, and help shape Chime’s financial strategy.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This role is also an opportunity to help transform how Finance operates at Chime. We’re moving away from manual, reactive work toward a more strategic, insight-driven function, and this person will be at the center of that shift. You will own payroll and workforce planning end-to-end, partnering closely with People, Recruiting, and Compensation to drive headcount planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">In parallel, you’ll help lead efforts to leverage AI and automation across Finance, streamlining processes, improving reporting, and enhancing forecasting capabilities. Alongside this ownership, you’ll contribute to highly visible cross-functional projects that directly support company-wide goals.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $101,000 and up to $140,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
