You’ll also help establish repeatable practices, tools, and repositories that make research easier to run, more consistent, and scalable.  This position can be located in Denver or can be fully remote though you may be expected to travel occasionally to our Denver headquarters.   Location: This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States.  If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in office is expected. Beginning February 1, 2027, two days per week in the office will be expected.  If the candidate selected lives outside a 20-mile radius the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year.  Compensation: The hiring salary range for this position is between $120k - $135k, depending on level of experience.  <h3 class="s3">Primary Responsibilities</h3> <div class="s12">• Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize research opportunities</div> <div class="s12">• Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, concept evaluations, surveys, and other research methods</div> <div class="s12">• Define research goals, participant criteria, and study plans; write screeners and discussion guides</div> <div class="s12">• Work with designers to develop concepts, prototypes, and other materials needed for research</div> <div class="s12">• Coordinate participant recruitment and scheduling with internal teams and external research vendors</div> <div class="s12">• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights and recommendations</div> <div class="s12">• Communicate research findings clearly through readouts, reports, journey maps, workflow maps, and other artifacts</div> <div class="s12">• Help establish repeatable research practices, templates, and standards that improve research quality and consistency</div> <div class="s12">• Maintain a reusable research repository so insights can be shared and applied across teams</div> <h3 class="s3">Required Qualifications & Skills</h3> <div class="s12">• 5+ years of professional experience conducting UX research, product research, design research, or a closely related discipline</div> <div class="s18">• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.</div> <div class="s12">• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiences</div> <div class="s12">• Comfort working with ambiguity, complex workflows, and evolving business or product priorities</div> <h3 class="s3">Desired Characteristics</h3> <div class="s19">• Intellectually curious</div> <div class="s19">• Collaborative</div> <div class="s19">• Self-starter</div> <div class="s19">• Strong systems thinker </div> <div class="s19">• Clear communicator </div> <div class="s19">• Organized and detail-oriented</div> <div class="s19">• Operates with the highest integrity</div> <h4>** We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
