You'll design the governance systems and cross-functional workflows that keep multiple simultaneous releases moving in sync, mobilize teams to respond to competitive threats and market opportunities in real time, and serve as the connective tissue between Product, Go-to-Market, Legal, Compliance, and Curriculum. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where your operational leadership will directly shape Edmentum's ability to deliver for educators and students.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">In this role you will:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead cross-functional launch readiness coordination with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support to ensure teams are prepared and aligned ahead of every product release.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design and govern enterprise-wide tracking systems that serve as the single source of truth for product, content, research, and state approval releases.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build the structures and rapid-response playbooks that enable Edmentum to mobilize cross-functionally on competitive threats, customer retention situations, and strategic pivots.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Who You Are</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have 7+ years of progressive experience in program management, delivery operations, or a related operational leadership role.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have demonstrated success governing complex, cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable operational frameworks that improve speed, quality, and coordination.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
