We are looking to hire a Material Coordinator for our manufacturing production located in Hauppauge, NY. We are an equal opportunity employer in a stable industry. We offer a supportive and team-focused working environment and a comprehensive benefits package.</p> <p data-start="486" data-end="1126">Responsibilities for our Material Coordinator include:<br data-start="540" data-end="543">• Assist Planner in ensuring materials are present with each Job order released to production.<br data-start="637" data-end="640">• Assist Production Supervisor in communicating material requirements.<br data-start="710" data-end="713">• Assist Production Supervisor in organizing materials in order to meet production goals.<br data-start="802" data-end="805">• Interface with Engineering as required to troubleshoot bill of material inaccuracies.<br data-start="892" data-end="895">• Perform Cycle counts to ensure inventory counts in stock and Floor inventory are correct.<br data-start="986" data-end="989">• While performing the duties of the job, the coordinator is regularly required to stand for an extended amount of time (when kitting).</p> <p data-start="1128" data-end="1501"><strong data-start="1128" data-end="1155">Qualifications Required</strong></p> <p data-start="1128" data-end="1501">• Bachelors or equivalent&nbsp;<br data-start="1155" data-end="1158">•&nbsp;Must be authorized to work in the U.S.<br data-start="1198" data-end="1201">• Experience with Microsoft Office.<br data-start="1236" data-end="1239">• Strong teamwork, communication and decision-making skills.<br data-start="1299" data-end="1302">• Proven ability to effectively manage changing/multiple priorities.<br data-start="1370" data-end="1373">• Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks.<br data-start="1457" data-end="1460">• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.</p> <p data-start="1503" data-end="1699"><strong data-start="1503" data-end="1529">Qualifications Desired</strong><br data-start="1529" data-end="1532">• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel<br data-start="1566" data-end="1569">• Familiar with Deltek Costpoint<br data-start="1601" data-end="1604">• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining focus on objectives.</p> <p data-start="1701" data-end="1985" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node=""><strong data-start="1701" data-end="1729">Required Certifications:</strong> None<br data-start="1734" data-end="1737"><strong data-start="1737" data-end="1767">U.S. Citizenship Required:</strong> No<br data-start="1781" data-end="1784"><strong data-start="1784" data-end="1816" data-is-only-node="">Security Clearance Required:</strong> No<br data-start="1831" data-end="1834"><strong data-start="1834" data-end="1854">Employment Type:</strong> Regular Full-Time<br data-start="1868" data-end="1871"><strong data-start="1871" data-end="1897">Background Check Type:</strong> 7 Year Pre-employment&nbsp;<br data-start="1904" data-end="1907"><strong data-start="1907" data-end="1932">Drug Screen Required:</strong> No<br data-start="1935" data-end="1938"><strong data-start="1938" data-end="1982">Position Contingent Upon Contract Award:</strong> No</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$25.92</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$32.41 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>REAL ID Requirement</strong></p> <p>This position may require the ability to access to U.S. federal facilities.
