Learn more at <a href="https://www.cfd-research.com">www.cfd-research.com</a></strong></p></div><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">CFD Research is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to work closely with the Program Leads to support Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) meetings and briefings, perform schedule risk analysis, and provide management and technical scheduling support to aid in successful program execution. This individual will use Microsoft Project to develop and maintain a resourced IMS.</span></p>
<p><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Ensure schedule has complete scope coverage, identify potential scope growth, and ensure allowances and contingencies are appropriately used</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Use industry benchmarks and internal historical durations to validate the quality of the overall schedule</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Consult with project managers and technical experts to create, update and analyze schedules; recommend workarounds and schedule improvement ideas to regain schedule slippage</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Coordinating project timelines with internal departments</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Evaluating performance against schedule and prepare project progress reports</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Communicate schedule status on a regular basis via formal and informal meetings and reports</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Work closely with key stakeholders including engineering, procurement, and program management to properly sequence the work, assess durations, and enhance the overall quality and accuracy of the plan</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Use resource loading to coordinate the project's earned value system with schedule updates</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">BS/BA from accredited college or university with field of study appropriate to the field of expertise, acquisition, logistics, business, or management.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Minimum of 6 years of experience in scheduling and concentrated in functional responsibility area of the position to be filled.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Requires a U.S. Citizen, and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Other Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with EVMS (including integrated baseline reviews), and be able to manipulate complex IMS to determine critical and driving paths to major milestone events.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Experience developing and managing strategic scheduling and planning documentation such as an IMS.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Understanding of how to develop, verify, and track a program critical path.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Scheduler Experience in the following software: MS Project 2013, MS Access 2016, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word 2016, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2020, MS Visio, and any other reporting tools.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to review contract documentation and extract the information required to buildout associated schedules.</span></li>
