<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Oversee performance of assigned communities across financial, operational, and service metrics</span><br><span data-contrast="auto">• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, apartment home presentation, team effectiveness, and compliance</span><br><span data-contrast="auto">• Establish clear expectations for Community Managers and hold teams accountable to company standards</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Support communities during staffing transitions, acquisitions, performance challenges, and growth initiatives</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Reinforce Hawthorne policies, procedures, and operational consistency across the portfolio</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> financial statements, budgets, and variance reports</span><br><span data-contrast="auto">• Partner with Community Managers to develop strategies that improve occupancy, rental income, and expense control</span><br><span data-contrast="auto">• Lead annual budget preparation and forecasting</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">•&nbsp;Monitor&nbsp;capital improvements and renovation projects</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">•&nbsp;Participate&nbsp;in ownership reporting, financial reviews, and strategic planning discussions</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Education:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">High School Diploma or GED required</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Experience:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Three to five years of successful experience as a Regional Manager required</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Multi site or portfolio oversight experience preferred</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven success driving occupancy, NOI growth, and expense management</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience leading, coaching, and developing onsite leadership teams</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Industry software experience in Yardi Voyager and
