Your role blends strategic vision, execution, and relationship management — empowering you to leverage Moxxi's owned media to enhance client ROAS while optimizing internal yield.  You'll take ownership of the advertiser lifecycle, applying your performance-marketing expertise to elevate campaigns, craft strategic solutions, and unlock scaled client investment and efficiency. This position offers you a unique balance of creativity, strategic impact, and measurable results in a dynamic, growth-focused environment where your contributions will be immediately visible and highly valued.  <h4 data-start="1307" data-end="1349">Campaign & Performance Management</h4> <ul data-start="1350" data-end="2112"> <li data-start="1350" data-end="1494"> Execute and manage advertiser campaigns end-to-end, including technical setup (pixels, APIs, CRM flows) and optimization using internal tools. </li> <li data-start="1495" data-end="1647"> Leverage Moxxi’s analytics and attribution systems to surface insights that drive continuous performance improvements and internal yield maximization. </li> <li data-start="1648" data-end="1826"> Partner with internal teams to develop and run systematic tests — targeting, creative, device, and placement — to improve conversion, lead quality, and monetization efficiency. </li> <li data-start="1827" data-end="1991"> Develop reporting and alerting processes to proactively monitor campaign health, pacing, and KPI alignment.
