If so, we are seeking a</span> <strong>Forklift Operator I</strong>, who is responsible for prepping shipments, loading, and unloading product, and supporting general warehouse operations using warehouse equipment.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Operate forklift, hand truck / warehouse carts, pallet jack, and/or other equipment in a professional and safe manner</li> <li>Organize and prepare customer orders with a high degree of quality and accuracy&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Transfer supplies from department to department to meet production or shipping demand</li> <li>Properly store and label all materials and finished product</li> <li>May prepare billing processes and paperwork for warehouse and drop ship orders</li> <li>May be required to record transactions via computer in ERP system</li> <li>Perform cycle counting as required</li> <li>Notify leadership of non-compliant ware</li> <li>Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized to cGMP standards</li> <li>Comply with all ISO standards</li> <li>Support company and branch metrics</li> <li>Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values</li> <li>Other tasks as required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.</li> <li>Prior warehouse and forklift operator experience strongly preferred.</li> <li>Required to take and pass the Company Forklift Certification program, which ensures you will be able to operate a forklift in accordance with Berlin Packaging’s safety guidelines.
