Our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and advancement (IDEA) is central to our culture, ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference.</p> <hr> <p data-start="370" data-end="739">&nbsp;</p></div><p></p> <div> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Full‑Time Home Infusion Registered Nurse</strong> who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings clinical expertise, compassion, and accountability to every patient interaction.</p> <hr> <h2>Why This Role Matters</h2> <p>This role plays an important part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a patient‑first experience by providing high‑quality infusion care directly in patients’ homes.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:</p> <ul> <li>Helps patients feel safe, supported, and confident receiving infusion therapy at home</li> <li>Supports physicians, caregivers, and internal teams through clear communication and dependable clinical coordination</li> <li>Ensures continuity of care for patients managing complex therapies beyond traditional clinical settings</li> </ul> <p>Everything we do connects back to real people navigating complex healthcare journeys — and this role helps bring expert care, comfort, and reassurance into the home.</p> <hr> <h2>Role Details</h2> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong><br>Monday through Friday between <strong>8:30am and 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong><br>LUX Infusion Pharmacy is seeking a <strong>Full‑Time Infusion Nurse</strong> to see patients in their homes in <strong>Syracuse, NY</strong>.<br>Work location is subject to change based on business needs.</p> <p><strong>On‑Call Requirement:</strong><br>Participation in the on‑call rotation is required. It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role would be on‑call approximately <strong>once every eight (8) weeks</strong>, covering <strong>two (2) weekdays per month and one (1) weekend</strong>.</p> <hr> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Provide direct home infusion nursing care</strong> by inserting, monitoring, and removing IVs and administering prescribed medications, blood products, and nutrition</li> <li>Monitor patients for adverse reactions, obtain vital signs, complete physical assessments and reviews of systems, and document all patient‑related activities</li> <li>Perform venipuncture and manage venous access, including peripheral IVs and central lines (PICC, port, midline)</li> <li>Teach patients and caregivers how to safely perform and monitor home infusion therapy</li> <li>Collaborate closely with <strong>physicians, nursing coordinators, directors of nursing, agencies, and internal care teams</strong></li> <li>Coordinate start‑of‑care and ongoing visits, confirm schedules, and communicate updates across care partners</li> <li>Complete, review, and submit nursing notes, therapy administration reports, care plans, and progress documentation</li> <li>Communicate patient status changes, issues, or reportable events promptly to referring providers and internal teams</li> <li>Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, privacy requirements, and ethical standards</li> <li>Participate in staffing coordination and scheduling while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism</li> <li>Drive within the state to patient residences and assigned care locations</li> <li>Bring reliability, strong clinical judgment, and attention to detail to independent work in home settings</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <p>You may be a great fit if you bring:</p> <ul> <li>Deep care about patient outcomes and the home‑based care experience</li> <li>A current RN license in New York and at least two years of RN experience</li> <li>IV certification and experience with central line care and management</li> <li>Strong medical‑surgical, phlebotomy, and venous access knowledge</li> <li>Confidence working independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams</li> <li>Excellent assessment, documentation, organizational, and multitasking skills</li> <li>Clear, compassionate communication with patients, caregivers, and providers</li> <li>Comfort managing high‑acuity or stressful situations in the home environment</li> <li>Willingness to travel locally to patient residences and healthcare facilities</li> <li>A commitment to accountability, service excellence, and patient‑first care</li> </ul> <p>You don’t need to check every box — we care just as much about how you care for patients as your credentials.</p> <hr> <h2>Why LUX Infusion</h2> <p>At LUX Infusion, we believe infusion care deserves more light — more warmth, more clarity, and more connection.</p> <p>Here, you’ll find:</p> <ul> <li>Purpose‑driven work delivering meaningful care where patients live</li> <li>A patient‑first, clinician‑led culture grounded in trust and empathy</li> <li>Supportive leadership and collaborative care teams</li> <li>Full‑time stability with additional incentives, including a sign‑on bonus</li> </ul> <p>Come help us elevate infusion care — and see what’s possible when care comes first, at home.</p> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range/Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$48</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$55 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><div><hr> <h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></h4> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The physical demands described here represent those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
