Ensures the completion of and assist where necessary in the routine cleaning of resident rooms, baths, offices, rest rooms, locker rooms or other common areas using standard cleaning supplies and disinfectants to the high standards of cleanliness and disinfecting as directed.&nbsp; Assists, when necessary, in the laundry process. Works within budgeted labor and supply allocations and facility budgetary guidelines. Identifies and inputs for annual capital budgets.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High school graduate or equivalent</li> <li>Previous health-care experience</li> <li>Previous housekeeping/laundry services supervisory experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions</li> <li>Ability to demonstrate correct use of work-related chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment</li> <li>Ability to lift and transport objects weighing up to 65lbs</li> <li>Ability to stoop, bend, walk and stand for extended periods of time</li> <li>Ability to work from a ladder</li> <li>Ability to work in all weather conditions</li> <li>Manual dexterity, coordination and skillful use of hands for working with required equipment</li> </ul> <div><strong>Pay range</strong>: $44,642 - $66,964 annually</div> <div>Category: Housekeeping&nbsp;</div>
