<p><span data-contrast="auto">Flagship Pioneering is seeking a highly skilled and strategic compensation leader to oversee the design, management, and execution of non-executive compensation programs across our ecosystem. This role sits within the Total Rewards team and is responsible for Flagship's internal operations as well as its Series A and B Portfolio Companies globally. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in broad-based compensation and market practices, combined with strong cross-functional leadership and executive presence.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This is a pivotal leadership role with exposure to all facets of Total Rewards, including executive compensation, equity programs, and global compensation design. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Flagship Pioneering currently offers healthcare coverage, annual incentive program, retirement benefits and a broad range of other benefits.
