Keeley is a career destination with countless opportunities for advancement, and a world-class family culture that is centered around creating the best possible environment for our people to thrive.</div>Keeley Properties is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in St. Louis, MO. <div class="WordSection1">Primary Responsibilities:</div> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide support and assistance to the building operations team in the maintenance and repair of all building equipment, systems, and overall building operations.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Repair plumbing, lighting, doors, etc. as needed.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Complete general interior maintenance repairs and servicing: ceilings, drywall, painting, carpeting, flooring, lighting, moves, furniture, appliances, locks, tenant requests, etc.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain and repair various plumbing equipment and systems.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of all work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Respond effectively to all emergencies, as may be required 24x7.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform assigned facility inspections, evaluations, or due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Complies with all policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training and development programs.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Document work performance and materials procurement as required or requested.</li> </ul> Physical Requirements: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as required for general maintenance of building facilities.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Required to carry and climb a ladder for the replacement of light bulbs whenever necessary.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to walk up to a mile to travel between buildings for maintenance requests and endurance to be upright all shift as this is a non-sedentary position.</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High school diploma or GED equivalent.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of two (2-5) years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, plumbing, mechanical systems, and basic electrical.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisor, management, and department head staff and various agency personnel.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Must have computer skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Successful candidate must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team environment.</li> </ul> Benefits: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Pay: $22-25/hr Based on Experience</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Cell Phone Reimbursement</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monthly Commission on Lease Renewals</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Annual Bonus Based on Performance</li> </ul> All candidates agree to complete an assessment for selection and pre-employment drug screen. #LI-AG1 #LI-Onsite<div class="content-conclusion">All Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
