As the leading, privately held U.S. manufacturer of innovative high-performance flexible circuit boards, we are dedicated to the design, production, and assembly of advanced printed circuit board assembly (PCBAs) technology solutions.   We develop cutting-edge solutions that explore new frontiers, serve and protect our armed forces and allies, safeguard national security against evolving threats, and propel advancements in hypersonic technology.   Our customers include some of the largest aerospace and defense companies like RTX, Lockheed Martin, GE Aerospace, NASA, JPL, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing. </div>About the Opportunity The Autoclave Operator sets up and operates autoclaves/ovens and auxiliary equipment to cure and bond metallic and non-metallic parts and assemblies in accordance with Team leader direction, Traveler information, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.   Please Note: The available work schedule consists of second-shift hours (4:00pm - 12:30am); however, training will take place during the first shift (7:30am - 4:00pm). What You'll Do: <ul> <li>Reviews SOPs, work instructions, Team leader direction and the Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; verifies that prior process was properly completed and that quantities match; scans job into PROCIM to ensure compliance with specifications </li> <li>Reviews Process Analysis Log and signs off before starting shift </li> <li>Adjusts manual controls to regulate and activate autoclave power supply, colling system, and pressure gauges  </li> <li>Monitors instruments, switches, records, and listens for warning signals during autoclave operation to ensure conformance to specifications </li> <li>Modifies and/or aborts process as required or needed </li> <li>Operator is responsible for checking autoclave cooling </li> <li>Signs off on the Traveler, logs out in ProCIM and moves finished parts to the next scheduled process </li> <li>Perform other duties as required </li> </ul> What You'll Bring: <ul> <li>Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently  </li> <li>Ability to read and understand documents such as travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions, and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job </li> <li>Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated </li> <li>Must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions </li> <li>Time management, including good attendance and avoidance of regular tardiness </li> <li>Must be able to work overtime as required </li> </ul> Education and Experience: <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="24" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="24" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">No experience is required</li> </ul> Please note that in addition to frequent standing and walking, the work environment requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds; as well as repetitive hand motion.  Schedule: <ul> <li>Monday to Friday</li> <li>Regular Schedule is 2nd shift 4:00pm to 12:30am</li> <li>Overtime</li> <li>Weekends as needed</li> </ul> **Please Note: Successful candidate must be available to train during 1st Shift (7:30am to 4:00PM)  Job Type:  Full-time<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">California Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range">$17—$19 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
