Keeley is a career destination with countless opportunities for advancement, and a world-class family culture that is centered around creating the best possible environment for our people to thrive.</strong></span></p></div><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Keeley Construction is looking to add an experienced <strong>Superintendent</strong> to our Paving Team.</span></p> <h2 class="text-xl font-bold text-text-200 mt-1 -mb-0.5"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Primary Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul class="[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7"> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Supervise field crews, job sites, and subcontractors.</span></li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop site logistics plans and determine construction methods and sequencing.</span></li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors.</span></li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.</span></li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive project schedules and resolve construction issues.</span></li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform maintenance based on client work orders.</span></li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Document daily work activities.</span></li> </ul> <h2 class="text-xl font-bold text-text-200 mt-1 -mb-0.5"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum Qualifications</span></h2> <ul class="[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7"> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience with paving/concrete.</span></li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong leadership and communication skills.</span></li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.</span></li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work in various weather conditions.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">All candidates agree to complete an assessment for selection and pre-employment drug screen.
