We are seeking a Sr. SAP S/4HANA Finance Configuration Analyst who will serve as a functional lead and hands-on configurator across SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and closely integrated finance platforms such as BlackLine, SAP Business One, ProLease, and other finance-related systems.</p> <p>This role will be hybrid in Rhode Island/Boston 3 days a week in the office.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <p>• Serve as a functional lead for SAP S/4HANA Finance</p> <p>• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, COPA)</p> <p>• Design and support integrations with BlackLine, SAP Business One, ProLease, and banking platforms</p> <p>• Lead design workshops, fit-to-standard sessions, and UAT</p> <p>• Act as functional project lead for medium to large initiatives</p> <p>• Manage systems integrators and consultants</p> <p>• Maintain solution documentation and support close activities</p> <p>• Contribute to Finance technology roadmap and modernization initiatives</p> <p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p> <p>• 7+ years SAP Finance configuration experience with S/4HANA</p> <p>• Strong Record-to-Report process knowledge</p> <p>• Experience integrating SAP with finance ecosystem tools</p> <p>• Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, SAP Integration Suite</p> <p>• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders</p> <p>• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</p> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <p>• Financial close automation experience</p> <p>• SAP Fiori and embedded analytics exposure</p> <p>• Global, multi-entity environment experience</p> <p>• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 16px;" data-teams="true">The pay transparency range for this role is listed below.
