This role requires a technically proficient engineer who can supervisor outsourced teams, manage emergencies and ensure seamless operations across all shifts. You Will: <ul> <li>Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 24/7.</li> <li>Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams, ensuring proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.</li> <li>Act as the subject matter expert for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and uptime.</li> <li>Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with SLAs and KPIs.</li> <li>Lead the technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid recovery actions.</li> <li>Review and validate maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records. Provide technical input for root cause analysis and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal policies.</li> </ul> You Bring: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.</li> <li>2+ years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead engineering role.</li> <li>Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.</li> <li>Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.</li> <li>Familiarity with CMMS, BMS, and energy management systems.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance strategies, and emergency response protocols.</li> <li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently across shifts and manage multiple stakeholders.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
