You won't just execute projects; you will own the growth roadmap, defining how we build our business model and partner portfolio. Lead projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases, and take full accountability for moving key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows. You will ensure that as we scale, our operations remain lean, efficient, and capable of supporting rapid growth across diverse markets.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Global Stakeholder Management:</strong> Work closely with key regional stakeholders (i.e. Country and Regional General Managers) across our key APAC markets to help them build business cases for local marketing and technology needs within Fevers global product and marketing capabilities.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Experience:</strong> At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role with experience in strategy consulting, fast growing startups, or investment banking, a plus, including a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Background</strong>: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Analytical skills: </strong>Ability to leverage data, make strategic business decisions, and craft convincing narratives for senior stakeholders.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Communication skills:</strong> Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across different cultures and disciplines.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Mindset:</strong> Proactive problem-solver who can handle ambiguity and make high-stakes decisions.
