In this role you will work all aspects of the Spacecraft build, factory setup and operations.   RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Assemble and test Spacecraft harnesses per engineering drawings and direction. </li> <li>Assist with the setup and execution of Thermal Vacuum chambers and vibe facilities. </li> <li>Ensure processes and cleanroom protocols are followed by all personnel.  </li> <li>Own the product build from piece parts to full assemblies. </li> <li>Execute anomaly dispositions from engineering. </li> </ul> QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li>Technical degree or certification in relevant field </li> <li>2+ years of professional experience in spacecraft or space products assembly </li> <li>Demonstrated excellence in assembly and integration </li> <li>Proficiency in reading drawings, process sheets, instructions </li> <li>Experience with ESD, FOD, cleanroom operations </li> <li>Experience with spacecraft harness fabrication, rework and installation </li> <li>Passion for the space industry </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with little input on requirements or management oversight </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Experience with torquing, staking </li> <li>Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a cleanroom environment </li> </ul> COMPENSATION <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Base Salary:   <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Level 1: $33 - $40/hr</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Level 2: $38-$60/hr</li> <li style="font-style: italic;" data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">*this position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime </li> </ul> </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave </li> </ul> Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.  ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li>Work Location—this a fully onsite position based out of our Centennial, CO office.</li> <li>Work environment—the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.</li> <li>Physical demands—the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.</li> </ul> This position will be open until it is successfully filled.
