This role sits between the Associate Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer levels, requiring a solid foundation in software engineering principles along with practical experience delivering production-ready applications.</p> <p>The successful candidate will develop and maintain web applications using React for the front end, .NET C# Web API for the back end, and SQL for database management. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and technical best practices.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Roles &amp; responsibility:</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using React, .NET C# Web API, and SQL.</li> <li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards and best practices.</li> <li>Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.</li> <li>Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.</li> <li>Develop and optimize database queries and contribute to database design and performance improvements.</li> <li>Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and application issues.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.</li> <li>Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and development processes.</li> <li>Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.</li> <li>Develop reusable components and shared functionality to improve development efficiency.</li> <li>Support application performance, scalability, and security initiatives.</li> <li>Stay current with emerging technologies, development tools, and industry best practices.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>3–5 years of professional software development experience in a commercial environment.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in .NET C#, ASP.NET Core/Web API, React, and SQL.</li> <li>Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development concepts.</li> <li>Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, source control (Git), the software development lifecycle (SDLC), data structures and algorithms, and relational database design and normalization.</li> <li>Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.</li> <li>Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex application issues.</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.</li> <li>Understanding of software security principles and secure coding practices.</li> <li>Ability to analyze requirements and develop scalable, maintainable solutions.</li> <li>Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.</li> <li>Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exposure to cloud-based environments and deployment practices.</li> <li>Experience with Python or other programming languages.</li> <li>Experience developing reusable component libraries or shared frameworks.</li> <li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.</li> <li>Experience with Vite or similar front-end build tools.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
