pl-2">You'll own the team's AI workflow adoption and maturity: Claude Code, MCP tooling, and AI-assisted code review practices — building team capability to operate confidently in Duetto's guide engineers in building modern, scalable web applications — providing technical direction across frontend and backend domains, reviewing solution designs, and ensuring the team balances feature
