In this role, you’ll lead strategic partnerships, drive business growth, and promote our trusted brands and exceptional clinicians across a defined region.</p> <p>We’re looking for a relationship-builder with a passion for healthcare and a talent for connecting with physicians and their office staff to support our <strong>South Houston</strong> market. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our referral network, increasing market share, and strengthening our presence in the communities we serve below I-10. This is more than a sales role - it’s an opportunity to support the mission, vision, and values of our Upstream partners while being part of a purpose-driven, growth-oriented organization that values innovation, collaboration, and your unique contributions.</p> <p>If you're seeking a role where your impact is tangible and your potential is recognized and rewarded, we’d love to meet you!</p> <p><strong>What Will You Do?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and follow an effective call strategy for assigned region to increase the referral outcomes of existing and potential partners.</li> <li>Reports regularly to the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales on the status of the plan, including progress and challenges.</li> <li>Communicates often and effectively with Regional VP and VP of Sales on goals, strategies and outcomes.</li> <li>Builds effective relationships with customers and community leaders in assigned region.</li> <li>Works well both independently and with our team of Clinic Directors, Therapy staff and Business Office staff and peers.</li> <li>Effectively presents our company information, service array, and outcomes data to existing and potential partners.</li> <li>Uses reporting and data tools to convey the high quality and clinical excellence of our team members and the services they provide.</li> <li>Identifies opportunities for publicity, coordinates community events, and attends and participates in Regional meetings as requested.</li> <li>Requires the ability to effectively present our company information including outcomes data using appropriate medical terminology.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Do We Need From You?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the sales field.</li> <li>2+ years of sales and marketing experience to physicians, medical offices, employers, or related field.</li> <li>Experience in a team lead role with a focus on mentoring, developing, and coaching peers is strongly desired.</li> <li>Medical/Healthcare Sales Experience is a positive.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.</li> <li>Experience working in an environment with multiple objectives.</li> <li>Confident and persuasive in guiding the sales process.</li> <li>Connects well with customer prospects.</li> <li>High ability to sell intangibles such as ideas and concepts.</li> <li>Flexible, adaptive, engaging and enthusiastic.</li> <li>Self-starter and independent requiring limited supervision.</li> <li>Resourceful, inventive, thorough and diligent.</li> <li>Competitive and Determined to win.</li> <li>Build business relationships with customers and community leaders.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Conditions of the Position:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Travel up to 70% of the time throughout the assigned region.</li> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often exposed to road travel and clinical environments, such as hospitals, physician offices, and clinics.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Can We Offer?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monthly auto stipend or company vehicle</li> <li>401K plan, available to all employees, matching contribution on discretionary basis</li> <li>3 healthcare options: medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>Paid Holidays and 3 weeks paid time off</li> <li>Flex Spending and Dependent Care Flex Spending accounts</li> <li>Others included: Life insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance for Dependents, Short and Long-Term disability, and Accidental Insurance</li> <li>Annual paid Charity Day to give back to a cause meaningful to you</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
