This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute program cost projections and forecasting, ensuring consistency in monthly program-level cost/fee projections.</li> <li>Oversee program general conditions, cost projections, and manage project cash flow, including analysis of multiple components.</li> <li>Lead the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate owner billing, and oversee processes for reviews and billing submissions.</li> <li>Manage the check selection process and ensure proper payment release procedures.</li> <li>Lead the change management team to ensure timely submission of changes and compliance with contract requirements.</li> <li>Develop reporting and metrics to monitor the health of the change management backlog.</li> <li>Establish and implement scheduling processes and procedures, coordinating with the scheduling team for timely updates.</li> <li>Conduct time impact analysis and oversee schedule reviews.</li> <li>Develop and oversee document control processes for correspondence, drawings, and specifications.</li> <li>Oversee integration of Virtual Design &amp; Construction (VDC) processes as required.</li> <li>Assist in developing and monitoring processes for workflows such as RFIs, Submittals, Material Status, Design Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Closeout.</li> <li>Establish, monitor, and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related construction field.</li> <li>5–10 years of commercial construction experience.</li> <li>Proven experience as a Construction Program Manager.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards.</li> <li>Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
