Working in a temperature-controlled environment, you will be responsible for selecting, picking, and packing products with precision and attention to quality. This position requires a detail-oriented and reliable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team setting What you’ll be doing: <ul> <li>Utilize a finger scanner and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) interface to accurately locate and select products from designated storage areas within the refrigerated warehouse.</li> <li>Safely and efficiently pack selected items into appropriate packaging, considering temperature-sensitive requirements for refrigerated products.</li> <li>Ensure that all picked items match customer orders and meet Misfits’ quality standards. Use the appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage or spoliage during transportation.</li> <li>Conduct regular quality checks on products to identify any damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues.</li> <li>Work closely with team members to achieve daily operational targets.</li> <li>Verify and maintain inventory levels within your bay, communicating effectively with other teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize disruptions. </li> <li>Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in a food-based, refrigerated environment.</li> <li>Help us maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace. Complete all assigned safety training as required in a timely manner.</li> <li>Maintain functional knowledge in all areas of the production line, including box building and prepping.</li> <li>Diligently adheres to all established facility food safety rules, personal hygiene standards, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) expectations daily.</li> <li>Promptly escalates food safety hazards and takes immediate action to halt production lines if product integrity is compromised or suspected of being compromised.</li> </ul> What you have: <ul> <li>Authorized to work in the United States.</li> <li>Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)</li> <li>Strong verbal communications skills</li> <li>Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a repetitive and fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation</li> <li>Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation</li> </ul> Nice for you to have: <ul> <li>HS Diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)</li> <li>Experience working in a food based environment</li> </ul> Please see Misfits Market's <a href="https://www.misfitsmarket.com/careers-privacy">Job Applicant Privacy Policy Notice.</a>
