<p>As a <strong>Enterprise Risk Management Consultant</strong>, you’ll review<span class="TextRun SCXW62251284 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW62251284 BCX8">&nbsp;historical enterprise risk data and program artifacts, assess current practices, and develop a plan to expand the ERM program. Value for our customers.</p> <p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">• Review historical risk data, assessments, reports, and governance materials to identify recurring themes, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen the ERM program.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span><span data-contrast="auto">• Develop a phased expansion plan covering governance, stakeholder participation, risk assessment, reporting, and measures of effectiveness.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span><span data-contrast="auto">• Work across DAF organizations to identify and assess risks that could affect enterprise objectives, mission outcomes, or leadership decisions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span><span data-contrast="auto">• Develop and monitor key risk indicators and assessment criteria to help leaders recognize emerging risks and changes in exposure.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br>• </span><span data-contrast="auto">Facilitate discussions with senior leaders about risk appetite, response options, resource priorities, and trade-offs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span><span data-contrast="auto">• Establish consistent practices for documenting, aggregating, escalating, and monitoring enterprise risks and response actions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span><span data-contrast="auto">• Translate complex risk information into concise executive briefings, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, organizational strategy, or a related field.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span><span data-contrast="auto">• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public policy, or a related field. 4+ additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span><span data-contrast="auto">• Experience supporting or managing an ERM program, with an understanding of how risk governance, assessment, and reporting support enterprise decisions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span><span data-contrast="auto">• DAF, DoD/DoW, or other military department experience, including work with stakeholders across organizational boundaries.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span><span data-contrast="auto">• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and facilitation skills, including the ability to communicate with senior leaders.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span><span data-contrast="auto">• Self-starter able to work independently, engage stakeholders proactively, and manage multiple priorities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span><span data-contrast="auto">• Active Secret clearance and ability to work full-time on-site at the Pentagon.</span> <strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>SALARY RANGE:</strong> $120,000 - $130,000&nbsp;</p> <p>The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
