You should be skilled at breaking down complex concepts, adapting to diverse learning styles, and fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment. As a Lead Tutor, you’ll model best practices, support tutor development, and help ensure consistent, high-quality instruction</span></p>

<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3655080">Strong math proficiency, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in education, math, or a related field is highly preferred </span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3655080"> Experience tutoring or teaching math to K–8 students, with the ability to simplify and clearly explain complex concepts </span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3655080"> Prior leadership or mentoring experience, ideally within an educational or tutoring setting </span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3655080"> Excellent communication skills to provide clear instruction and supportive feedback to both students and fellow tutors </span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3655080"> Patience, empathy, and the ability to foster a positive, encouraging learning environment for diverse learners </span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3655080"> Skilled at adapting instruction to meet different learning styles, needs, and academic levels </span></li>
