<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Evaluate children using appropriate testing protocols, tools, etc. to follow funding guidelines for each particular child</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Complete audit form to be turned in with each evaluation</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Create appropriate goals/objectives to be turned in with each evaluation</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Schedule children onto caseload by contacting the parent/guardian</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide therapy services to children based on the recommended number of units from evaluations and prescriptions</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide therapy services in a variety of settings including home, daycare, schools, outpatient clinic, community, etc.</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide documentation of all therapy services by locking and electronically signing weekly progress notes</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Update and turn in efficiency reports weekly</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Update schedule on the server</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Enter scheduled evaluations on the server</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide administration with updated credentials as needed</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ensure that non-treatment time is reported to and approved by administration per policy. Enters all non-treatment time into deTASO</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Complete additional paperwork requirements in an accurate and timely manner as notified by administration. These requirements include, but are not limited to:</span>

<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Annual re-evaluations</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Six-month progress notes</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Discharge Summaries</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Early Intervention paperwork (if needed) </span></li>

<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Be available to children and families to ensure continuity of care and proper management of treatment</span></li>

<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Basic computer skills which include a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software</span></li>

<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Current NBCOT certification</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Pediatric Experience (preferred)</span></li>
