Part-Time Substitute Teacher (Up to $144 Daily) at Wonderschool

Wonderschool partners with local preschools and childcare centers to build a flexible substitute teaching platform – and we encourage you to apply!</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do as a Substitute Teacher:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fill in for teachers on leave (vacation, illness, personal matters)</li> <li>Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning experience for children</li> <li>Engage children in a variety of activities: educational games, arts &amp; crafts, music, meals, outdoor play, and more</li> <li>Work with a team of teachers, following the guidance of the onsite program director</li> <li>Communicate with families about their child’s day and progress</li> <li>Complete a training and onboarding process with Wonderschool</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Incentives:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Earn $14-$18/hour</strong>, up to&nbsp;<strong>$144/day</strong></li> <li><strong>$75 First Job Bonus</strong>&nbsp;– work within 30 days of completing onboarding</li> <li><strong>$250 Bonus at 40 hours</strong>&nbsp;– with CPR/First Aid certification complete</li> <li><strong>$200 Bonus</strong>&nbsp;– awarded for every 200 hours of substitute teaching</li> <li><strong>$250 Monthly Bonus</strong>&nbsp;– for completing 150+ hours within one calendar month</li> <li><strong>$250 Referral Bonus</strong>&nbsp;– for qualifying teachers</li> <li><strong>Reimbursement</strong>&nbsp;– for required training costs</li> <li><strong>Flexible Schedule&nbsp;</strong>– Choose your working location, days, and hours!
