<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Director of Product will help oversee and direct several activities for May Mobility as it relates to product development, product strategy, competitive positioning and product marketing. This will lead and guide product strategy & planning to identify and take advantage of market, industry and economic opportunities while mitigating risks. This leader will share our values to solve one of the toughest problems in mobility while providing the highest level of service to our customers - with a passion for technology and finding ways to improve mobility to make people's lives better. </span></p>
<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></span></h1>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead a team of product managers that span across autonomous driving technology, application software, data & analytics, and vehicle hardware</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Create compelling & inspiring product visions, strategies and roadmaps for several areas by collaborating with internal stakeholders and leveraging market, behavior & technology trends</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate across other key stakeholders in product management, engineering, BD, customer success, etc. on product vision & strategy. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Implement a unified product development process based on being a highly iterative, learning organization and by managing internal and external resources throughout the product life cycle (customer insights→ launch→ post-launch improvements→ end-of-life). </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure that product roadmaps are customer and innovation driven and create compelling and lasting competitive advantage</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure pricing and value analysis is developed to maximize competitiveness, volume and profit for all products while meeting budget requirements. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate product vision, strategy, positioning and plans with other leaders and stakeholders. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Define OKRs for team and products and deliver on them</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure collaboration of cross-functional teams to develop refined and improved KPI processes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Set market research objectives and ensure the market research team serves May Mobility to the highest possible level. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide support with special projects as requested. </span></li>
</ul>
<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></span></h1>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><em>Success in this role typically requires the following competencies:</em></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Autonomy System Expertise:</strong> Proven experience with autonomous vehicle technology is required for effectively debating technical tradeoffs with engineering leaders.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Technical Translator:</strong> This role requires the ability to translate complex business goals into precise, engineering-ready technical requirements (PRDs/MRDs).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Data-Driven Decision Making:</strong> Proficiency in analyzing vehicle telemetry and operational metrics is essential for justifying and pivoting roadmap decisions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Stakeholder Alignment:</strong> This individual must have proven ability to manage conflict and drive consensus among senior cross-functional leaders.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Prioritization Rigor:</strong> Demonstrated ability to be "ruthless" in prioritization is necessary to balance partner value against foundational autonomy investment.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Communication</strong>: Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Organization</strong>: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and organizational skills. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Driven</strong>: Ability to work effectively and meet objectives without day-to-day direction. </span></li>
</ul>
<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></span></h1>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><em>Candidates most successful in this role typically hold the following qualifications or comparable knowledge or experience:</em></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">10+ years experience in the field of autonomy, robotics and commercialization of products.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">BA/BS degree or equivalent. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in Automotive, Transportation, Software as a Service and/or AI industries highly preferred. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The candidate must possess direct operational knowledge of ride-hail, PUDO logistics, and the last-mile problem.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must have solid experience in launching green field products and managing the complete product life cycles (customer insights→ idea→ build→ launch→ measure→ learn→ continuously improve in-market→ end-of-life)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience leading, managing, and developing teams of product and engineering personnel. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven success working in a start-up/small business where there are minimal resources, nothing comes easy and things don't always work as planned. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to undergo a driving record check</span></li>
